Customer Service Rep. for the French Market based in Munich (m/w/d) - no German needed

München, Vollzeit

  • Actively listen to customers and manage any queries or requests they may have
  • Work together with your colleagues in Sales and Finance to make sure that you deliver great service every time
  • Monitor and manage all reported customer service queries ensuring all deadlines are met and queries resolved within the timeframe they expect
  • Order entry
  • Stock monitoring
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Ensure a high level of service by being responsive to the customer needs with regards to return of quotes, product availability, leads times and delivery queries as necessary
  • Ideally first customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in French and English language in verbal and written form
