Customer Service Representative (m/w/d) - English and Swedish/Dutch

  • Competent support and advice for private and business customers via telephone, mail or fax
  • Contacting customers to close outstanding direct debit and credit accounts
  • Collection and processing customer data as well as providing information
  • Ensuring that orders are dispatched on time
  • Coordination and close cooperation with the finance department and customer service

  • Commercial education or studies or comparable qualification
  • Experience in serving private and business customers advantageous
  • Strong organizational skills, solution-oriented way of thinking and a certain affinity for numbers
  • Very good communication skills in English and Swedish/Dutch
