Account Manager Inside Sales French Market (m/f/d)

Tasks
  • Customer Care and build external professional relationships
  • Identification of new customers who could be assigned to a dedicated resource to offer additional services
  • Managing KPIs and monitoring as well as analysing sales activities and performance
  • Educate and inform customers about new solutions, services and tools and align with customer needs
  • Manage orders, quotations and other sales related activities
  • Follow up on Sales leads and opportunities
  • Proactively engage and deepen relationships with customers

Requirements
  • Completed commercial training
  • First experience in customer service / internal sales
  • Service and customer orientation
  • Fluent French as well as German and English in word and writing
  • Being a dedicated team player
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Confident handling of the common Microsoft Office package
