Tasks
- Active contribution within an international sales team to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
- Identification and development of business opportunities within a diverse customer portfolio
- Implementation of strategies to expand market presence and achieve sales targets
- Promotion of digital processes and initiatives to enhance efficiency in sales
- Close collaboration with Marketing, Business Development, and Product Management
- Analysis of market and customer data to derive new sales opportunities
- Participation in trade fairs and customer events to drive business development
Requirements
- Initial experience in international sales, account management, or a comparable position
- Strong sense of responsibility and excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and willingness to learn new tools
- Excellent in English and Polish; additional European languages are a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical thinking and a strategic mindset
- Basic understanding of technical products and market trends
