Senior Test Development Engineer (m/w/d)

Region Berlin, Fulltime



Tasks
  • Development and further enhancement of test system architectures for complex optoelectronic products
  • Responsibility for the design and implementation of efficient test strategies within the framework of technical development projects
  • Definition of technical requirements for the automation of testing processes
  • Review and optimization of existing calibration and test procedures with a focus on performance and cost
  • Close collaboration with development and production teams to support test-related questions and troubleshooting
  • Execution of technical analyses in the area of optoelectronic root cause investigations

Requirements
  • Degree in engineering, physics, or a comparable technical field
  • Several years of experience in test development and successful transfer of test solutions into series production
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to technical challenges
  • Experience in designing electrical test boards is an advantage
  • Experience in RF design or with high-frequency test systems is a plus
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; German is a plus
